APPLEJACK HOT TODDY

2 oz apple jack
2 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 oz maple syrup

fill a mug with ingredients, top with boiling water, garnish with a lemon

APPLEJACK RABBIT

2 oz applejack
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz maple syrup

Shake with ice, strain into martini glass

BLOODY MANHATTAN

 

1.5 oz white caraway rye
1/2 oz Solernos blood orange liqueur
1/2 oz oz sweet vermouth
Splash orange bitters

shake with ice, strain into martini glass, garnish with grenadine

CARAWAY RYE MINT JULEP

2 oz caraway rye
muddled mint
splash simple syrup
splash soda water

Serve over ice and
garnish with fresh mint.

 GINGER IN THE RYE

2 oz 120 proof rye
4 oz ginger beer
splash lime juice

Serve over ice and
garnish with lime wedge.

JACK ROSE

2 oz applejack
1 oz lemon or lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine

shake with ice, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lemon or lime
*add champagne for a “jane rose”

PICKLED MOJITO

2 oz caraway rye
2 oz muddled,
pickled strawberries
muddled mint
splash pickling juice
splash simple syrup
soda water

Serve over ice. Garnish with
fresh mint and a strawberry.

SIMPLE SMOKY SWEET

2 oz corn whiskey
1/4 oz honey, dissolved
*microwave the honey in
a little water to dissolve it

Pour the dissolved honey
and whiskey over ice.

SMOKY JALAPEÑO MARGARITA

2 oz corn whiskey
1 muddled jalapeño slice
juice from 2 lime wedges
juice from 2 lemon wedges
splash simple syrup
splash triple sec

Serve over ice. Garnish with
salt, lime and jalapeño.

WHITE RYE OLD FASHIONED

2 oz 120 proof rye
muddled cherry
2 dashes bitters
splash of water
splash simple syrup

Serve over ice. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

CITRINE HOT TODDY

 

2 oz citrine
2 cloves
1 cardamom pod (optional)

fill a mug with ingredients, top with boiling water, garnish with a lemon
*spike with your favorite whiskey or applejack for something stronger

CITRINE ROYALE

 

2 oz Citrine Liqueur
Champagne

Pour citrine in champagne flute, top off with champagne
*sub out Citrine with any of our seasonal liqueurs
