Our signature Smoked Bourbon and Stouted Rye\, two completely different but perfectly delectable spirits\, return for a limited time. \nAll day from 12-10 pm we’ll have tastings\, full pours\, spirit flights\, cocktails and bottles to-go. \nAbout the spirits… \nSmoked Bourbon\nMade from corn grown and smoked in-house by our farmer 30 miles from Frederick in Charles Town\, WV with barley grown and malted on the same farm. Then aged in brand new No. 3 Char American White Oak Barrels. It has scotch-like notes\, flavors of wood\, caramel\, and a hit of smoke\, campfire and oak on the finish. \nStouted Rye\nDistilled with a mash bill of 70% rye and 30%\, then aged in brand new No. 4 charred American White Oak and then finished in Flying Dog Brewery Gonzo Imperial Porter barrels. This delicious spirit has jammy notes of plum and chocolate-y malt with a brief boom of pepper in the center. it finishes dry and malty. \nYou better hurry. These won’t last long. That’s a promise.

Our awesome tour guides will lead participants through how to nose and taste a spirit\, the distillery production process\, and discuss how barrel aging works. \nOur tour guide will be wearing a mask and gloves during the tasting experience. To maintain social distancing guidelines\, we’ve reduced our tour groups from 20 guests to 15. Participates will not be required to wear masks during the tour\, but will need to put them back on when the tour is finished.
