Description

Our Pear Brandy is distilled from fermented pear infused with jasmine flower, very lightly sweetened with Hawaiian wildflower honey and pear juice.

BLACK RUM

Description

Pot distilled from 100% molasses and sweetened with molasses-cooked caramel, we promise there’s no gray area here in our Black Rum. This pretty lady was designed for sipping, mixing or dressing up like a pirate and drinking straight from the bottle! Bet you can’t do all three at once 😉

ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR

Description

Rum infused with elderflower, rose hips, lemon peel, rose blossom water, orange blossom water, and coriander. Our elderflower liqueur is bursting with fragrances like roses, lemon, and green tea. The flavor is complex and sweet with notes of honeysuckle, green apple, an array of citrus, and exotic hints like jasmine and lemongrass.

JULY RELEASE

Description

A blend of agave spirit, our famous Smoked Corn Whiskey, ancho chili, and agave nectar rested in Tenth Ward Smoked Bourbon barrels.

OCTOBER RELEASE

Description

A base of cherry and apple brandy fermented and distilled from a blend of local cherry and apple cider.  Infused with yuzu, Seville orange, and makrut lime leaf, then slightly sweetened with natural cane sugar.  Finished in Tenth Ward Maryland Rye barrels.

 

2022

BERRIES AND CREAM LIQUEUR

Description

This cream-based liqueur was blended up with a rum infusion of blackberry, raspberry, clove, allspice, white pepper, nutmeg, and Earl Grey.

SPICED RUM

Description

Distilled from 100% molasses, infused with cinnamon, chicory, clove, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, allspice cayenne pepper and finished with house made caramel.

Barreled Gin

Description

Distilled from malted rye, malted barley, and cane spirit then vapor infused with juniper, angelica root, orris root, cardamom, elderflower, ginger root, persimmon, chicory root, and orange peel. Lightly rested in used Honeyjack barrels.

WHEAT WHISKEY

Description

95% wheat 5% barley whiskey finished in maple syrup barrels. Tasting notes: This maple barrel-rested goodness recalls freshly baked bread, spiced cider, vanilla beans, and apple pie.
