Every Friday from 8:00 – 10:00 in the Cocktail Lab we’ll be servin’ up our deliciously wild concoctions and some sweet tunes to get your weekend started off right. Keep reading for our next melodious entertainer:

Shannon Bielski

Shannon Bielski and Robbie Benzing started playing together back in 2015 when they got together to play the Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival with at band called “Headwaters.” Ever since, they have played in multiple arrangements and are a highlighted feature of their main band “Shannon Bielski and Moonlight Drive.” Shannon started performing bluegrass at the age of 14, but honed in on her musical skills in the Bluegrass, Country, and Old-Time music program at East Tennessee State University. Rob began playing banjo and guitar at the age of 12 and started touring in a bluegrass band in 2011 where he grew his skills on the road and then produced his self-titled album in 2016 via Patuxent Records. The multi-instrumentalists switch instruments throughout the show. They feature banjo-fiddle, banjo-guitar, and guitar-fiddle. Shannon’s lead vocals are supported by Robbie’s strong guitar playing and unique banjo playing. Shannon plays pretty fiddle fills under Rob’s lead singing. The crowd loves it most when they sing together, and their fiddle-banjo arrangements are another exciting point of their performance.
