Tenth Ward Bottle Club Release: Raspberry Elderflower Liqueur
Written by Monica Pearce, Boss Lady

We’re excited to share a club-exclusive preview of something new: a Raspberry Elderflower Liqueur, created as part of a bigger shift in how we approach our seasonal lineup. Over the years, our spring and summer liqueurs have taken on lives of their own—each one unique, each one beloved, but also… a lot to manage behind the scenes.
So for our 10-year anniversary, we’re asking a bigger question:
What if we could create something just as dynamic and seasonal—but more scalable, more consistent, and easier to keep in your glass year after year?
This liqueur is our first test.
We’ve blended inspiration from both our springtime florals and summer fruit-forward profiles into one cohesive spirit. The goal?
→ Increase production so more people can enjoy it
→ Simplify our lineup without losing creativity
→ And most importantly—get your feedback before we take it public
For now, it’s just for you.
How it’s Made
Using our standard sugar cane spirit base and traditional maceration infusion, this liqueur is built to feel like late spring drifting into early summer.
The spirit is infused using different infusion times and quantities of each botanical to create the perfect balance. Some infusions go for days, and some just a few hours. Our blend includes raspberry, hibiscus, elderflower, orange blossom water, lemon peel, and cardamom.
Then we proof it down by sweetening it first to taste and finishing it off with water to cut the spirit to our desired proof. The result is layered, aromatic, and intentionally balanced between fruit and floral.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh fruit preserves and citrus
Palate: Tart red berries up front, opening into hibiscus and bright lemon, with a silky floral mid-palate
Finish: Lightly spiced with lingering florals
