Tenth Ward Distilling Company’s limited releases, bottle club spirits and canned cocktail club selections.
BRINTON’S BRANDY
DESCRIPTION
Tenth Ward’s apple brandy distilled from Maryland-sourced cider, then dunked in local, fresh tart cherries. A traditional American recipe dating back to the Civil War era and named after the infamous Civil War surgeon, John Brinton.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry pie to the face, a teensy bit of sweetness, and a little apple pucker to finish.
HONEYJACK
DESCRIPTION
Yep. We distilled mead from Maryland’s own Orchid Cellar Meadery, and then barrel-aged it. And, nope. You can’t find this anywhere else!
TASTING NOTES
A kick of honey to your taste buds then vanilla, oak, caramel, and honeycomb perfume on the finish.
