SPRINGTIME LIQUEUR

DESCRIPTION

Tenth Ward’s original apple brandy forged with chamomile, sweet woodruff, almond, apple peel, vanilla and cardamom.

TASTING NOTES

Imagine honey, budding fruit and fresh spring flowers are having a party in your mouth.

Recommended Cocktails

SPRINGTIME ROYALE

1 oz Springtime Liqueur
Champagne

Pour liqueur in champagne glass, top with champagne.

 


 

SPRINGTIME MULE

1.5 oz Springtime Liqueur
Ginger beer
Lime wedge garnish

Pour Springtime into a high ball or copper mug. Fill with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.


 

SUMMERTIME LIQUEUR

DESCRIPTION

Tenth Ward’s original apple brandy jam-packed with hibiscus tea, white tea, raspberries, lemon balm, lemon peel, roasted rhubarb and angelica root.

TASTING NOTES

Berry, floral and lemon notes dancing on your tongue then pucker up for hints of tannins, refreshing tartness, tea and herbs.

SUMMERTIME ROYALE

1 oz Summertime Liqueur
Champagne

Pour liqueur in champagne glass, top with champagne

 


 

SUMMERTIME BLUES

1.5 oz Summertime Liqueur
0.75 oz agave syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz lime juice
3 dashes lavender bitters
6 blueberries

Chill a coupe glass. In a cocktail shaker, muddle agave and blueberries. Add remaining ingredients and ice, shake well. Double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with blueberries and lemon wheel.

 


 

SUMMERTIME ROSÉ MULE

1 oz Summertime Liqueur
0.5 oz orange liqueur
0.25 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz passion raspberry syrup (or raspberry puree)
4 dashed orange bitters
Boba bubbles for garnish (or fresh raspberries)

Combine ingredients in a high ball, stir. Fill glass with ice, top with ginger beer, gently stir again. Top with boba bubbles or fresh raspberries.


 

AUTUMN LIQUEUR

DESCRIPTION

Tenth Ward’s original apple brandy melded with ginger, plum, black tea, turmeric, allspice, cinchona bark, sage, fennel, saffron, and honey.

TASTING NOTES

A smack of dry champagne, bourbon-like innuendos and whispers of tart apple.

Recommended Cocktail

AUTUMN MULE

1.5 oz Autumn Liqueur
Ginger beer
3 dashes orange bitters

Pour Autumn Liqueur and orange bitters over ice, top with ginger beer, garnish with lime.


 

WINTER LIQUEUR

DESCRIPTION

Tenth Ward’s original apple brandy infused with everything Winter: sandalwood, mace, dried cherries, rooibos tea, white peppercorn, vanilla, hazelnut, and allspice.

TASTING NOTES

Nips of warm fireplace and… Yeah, it’s basically Winter in a bottle.

Recommended Cocktail

HOT TODDY

1.5 oz Winter Liqueur
0.5 oz honey simple syrup
0.25 oz lemon juice
2 whole cloves
Hot water
Cinnamon stick
Rosemary sprig

Pour first four ingredients into a mug. Top with hot water and garnish with cinnamon stick and fresh rosemary sprig.
