So, I’m pretty sure all of my friends and family assume they are getting something from Tenth Ward for Christmas this year. I used to worry they’d get sick of it but who wouldn’t be happy with yummy canned cocktails and good whiskey? Thinking of what to get your fave people this year? Everything Tenth Ward makes is hyper local! Our raw materials are sourced locally and our fab team members are making everything in house. That said, if you are looking for something super crazy special this season, I highly recommend the Maryland Rye Whiskey.
Maryland Rye Whiskey
Exciting news! Rye whiskey is now officially the Maryland state spirit! Having been historically our state’s signature spirit, distillers across the state are working to give Kentucky Bourbon a run for their money. So help us spread the word that Maryland is making the good stuff.
Heard of our Maryland Rye before?? Well guess what, it’s really MADE IN MARYLAND! With a one and only, 3rd generation rye strain grown and malted right here in town from Amber Fields Farm. It’s also distilled from a 100% malted rye mash bill, technically making it a single malt. That’s because we believe in being bold and in your face with our flavor profiles, so go rye or go home right?
It’s All About the Gift Packs
We’ve got a whiskey pack mixed with Smoked Corn Whiskey, Smoked Bourbon and Maryland Rye for the whiskey lovers. An Old Fashioned kit and an Absinthe kit with our Absinthe Nouvelle for those who want to be hands on at home. Some items are available for shipping and some only here in Frederick in store. Get ’em while they’re hot (or cold?).
What’s New?
One word. KOOZIES! We now officially have koozies that fit our 250 ml cans. Only five bucks a pop and totally worth the add on if you are gifting anyone a four pack of our deliciously mixed canned cocktails.
What Else?
Ever heard of our bottle and canned cocktails clubs? This is one of my FAVORITE items to gift someone. It’s also just something super cool you can do for yourself or with a partner or friend! Members have access to releases that are available only to club members and nobody else. We host super fun events like cocktail classes, meet the distiller tastings, sensory training and so much more. It’s free to join and just requires the monthly or quarterly purchase of our yummy goods.
