Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Orange Peel Spiral
Ingredients:
4 dashes Ancient Bitters
.25oz Orange Oleo
.25oz Water
1.5oz Brinton’s Brandy
Instructions:
Add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir over ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with Orange Peel Spiral.

Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Star Fruit
Ingredients:
.75oz blackberry chili syrup
.75oz lemon juice
1.5oz Brinton’s Brandy
topped with club soda
Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass add ice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a star fruit slice.

Plum What May
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Whole star anise, four freeze dried currants
Ingredients:
1 oz Black Plum Chinese Five Spice syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz Brintons Brandy
.75 oz aquafaba
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with whole anise in the middle, with currants around in a diamond shape.

She’s My Cherry Pie
Glass: rocks
Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice with a sprig of rosemary poked in the center. Three brandied cherries in a triangle shape around the rosemary.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Brintons Brandy
.25 oz lemon juice
1 oz spiced amaretto syrup
1 oz cherry juice
dash of cinnamon
coconut cream large ice cube
Instructions:
Shake ingredients with cinnamon in a shaker. Strain cocktail over a large coconut cream cube. Garnish.

Cherry Bomb Cola
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Starfruit slice and gummy cherry candy
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Brintons Brandy
.5 lemon juice
.75 oz Mexican cola reduction
club soda
Instructions:
Pour all of the ingredients into a Collins glass and swizzle with ice. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Give it a gentle stir and garnish.

Icey Hot
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: sour blueberry rim, citrus twirls
Ingredients:
1 oz Genever
0.5 oz Blanc
0.25 oz lemon juice
2.5 oz mango juice
0.75 oz cherry hibiscus syrup sink
Instructions:
Rim a glass with sour blueberry rim. Combine ingredients besides the syrup sink in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Add syrup sink. Garnish with citrus twirls.

Garnish: Haribo Berry Candy and Heart Marshmallow
Ingredients:
1 oz Winter Liqueur
.5 0z House Blanc
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Pineapple Syrup
.75 oz Lemon
.75 oz Aquafaba
Instructions:
Dry shake aquafaba, add other ingredients. Chill and strain into coupe. Garnish.

.3 oz Smoked Corn Whiskey
.25 house orange
1 blood orange juice
.25 oz house rouge
.25 orange oleo
.25 simple syrup
.25 water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker full of ice. Shake, strain into coupe. Garnish.

1 oz gin
.5 oz orange liqueur
Splash of almond extract
.25 oz lime juice
Blue Spirulina
3 dashes orange bitters
.75 oz orange oleo

Pour all ingredients in shaker. Strain over ice. Garnish

.5 oz genever gin dragon fruit powder
.75 oz passion razz syrup
.25 lemon juice
1 oz aquafaba
Lavender bitters
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker over ice, stir. Garnish.

Garnish: Dehydrated Lime and Mint Bouquet
Ingredients:
1 oz Gin
.5 oz Absinthe
2.5 oz Watermelon syrup
.75 lime juice
6-7 Mint leaves
Instructions:
Shake all together, double strain into a coupe, garnish with dehydrated lime and mint leaves.

Luck o’ the Grasshopper
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: 24 k gold leaf painted shamrock chocolate
Ingredients:
1.5oz Irish creme liqueur
.5oz mint-infused Blanc
.75oz coconut cream
Instructions:
Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Very lightly torch to the bottom of the chocolate to melt to attach it to the rim of the coupe.
