Brandy Old Fashioned

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Orange Peel Spiral

Ingredients:

4 dashes Ancient Bitters

.25oz Orange Oleo

.25oz Water

1.5oz Brinton’s Brandy

Instructions:

Add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir over ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with Orange Peel Spiral.

Brandy Smash

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: Star Fruit 

Ingredients:

.75oz blackberry chili syrup

.75oz lemon juice

1.5oz Brinton’s Brandy

topped with club soda

Instructions:

Add ingredients to shaker add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass add ice and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with a star fruit slice.

Plum What May

Glass: Coupe 

Garnish: Whole star anise, four freeze dried currants

Ingredients:

1 oz Black Plum Chinese Five Spice syrup

.5 oz lemon juice

1.5 oz Brintons Brandy

.75 oz aquafaba

Instructions: 

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with whole anise in the middle, with currants around in a diamond shape.

She’s My Cherry Pie

Glass: rocks

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice with a sprig of rosemary poked in the center. Three brandied cherries in a triangle shape around the rosemary.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Brintons Brandy

.25 oz lemon juice

1 oz spiced amaretto syrup

1 oz cherry juice

dash of cinnamon

coconut cream large ice cube

Instructions: 

Shake ingredients with cinnamon in a shaker. Strain cocktail over a large coconut cream cube. Garnish.

Cherry Bomb Cola

Glass: Collins

Garnish: Starfruit slice and gummy cherry candy

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Brintons Brandy

.5 lemon juice

.75 oz Mexican cola reduction

club soda

Instructions: 

Pour all of the ingredients into a Collins glass and swizzle with ice. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Give it a gentle stir and garnish.

Icey Hot

Glass: Rocks

Garnish: sour blueberry rim, citrus twirls

Ingredients:

1 oz Genever Gin

0.5 oz Blanc

0.25 oz lemon juice

2.5 oz mango juice

0.75 oz cherry hibiscus syrup sink

Instructions: 

Rim a glass with sour blueberry rim. Combine ingredients besides the syrup sink in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Add syrup sink. Garnish with citrus twirls.

Luck o’ the Grasshopper

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: 24 k gold leaf painted shamrock chocolate

Ingredients:

1.5oz Irish creme liqueur

.5oz mint-infused Blanc

.75oz coconut cream

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Very lightly torch to the bottom of the chocolate to melt to attach it to the rim of the coupe.

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Toasted Cinnamon 

Ingredients:

1.5oz Tenth Ward Maryland Rye Whiskey

1.5oz Mexican-Style Horchata

1oz Cold Brew Espresso

1oz Sweet Coconut Cream

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with toasted cinnamon.

Ingredients:

1.5oz Cardamom Infused Gin

.75oz Lemon Juice

1oz Honey Ginger Syrup

Dash of Edible Glitter

Top with Sparkling Cider

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice and star anise. Top with sparkling cider.

Garnish: Gold Flaked Lime Wheel

1.5oz Springtime Liqueur

.75oz Lime Juice

1.5oz Lemongrass Syrup

1.5oz Coconut Cream

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an edible gold lime wheel.

1.5oz Gin

3oz Pineapple Juice

1.5oz Blueberry Hibiscus Syrup Sink

Top with Cold Foam

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a shaker tin, and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass. Top with cold foam. Garnish with fairy orchids.

Queen of Hearts

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Rose Petals

Ingredients:

1oz Absinthe

.5oz Lemon Juice

.5oz Simple Syrup

5-6 Shakes of Lavender Bitters

Instructions:

Add absinthe, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.  Sink .25oz of blueberry syrup. Garnish with rose petals.

Apple Sage Mojito

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Apple Fan and Sage Leaf

Ingredients:

Muddle 2 sage leaves and 3 apples cubes with .25 oz demerara syrup

1.5oz Gin

.75oz Lime Juice

.75oz Cherry Cider

Top with club soda

Instructions:

Muddle 2 sage leaves and 3 apple cubes with .25oz of demerara syrup.  Build ingredients straight into a highball glass.  Fill with ice, top with club soda, and garnish.

Harvest Manhattan

1.75oz Maryland Rye Pumpkin Butter Fat Wash

.5oz House Rouge

3 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into coupe glass and garnish.

Rye Revival Old Fashioned

Garnish: Mandarin Piece, Amarena Cherry

Ingredients:

1.5oz Maryland Rye 

.2 oz Black Walnut Brown Sugar Syrup

6 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Splash of Water

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.  Strain into a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, and garnish.

Strawberry Wine

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: Dried Rose Petals

Ingredients:

1.25 oz Strawberry Rose Syrum

.5 oz Gin

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

.1 oz White Wine Vinegar

.75 oz Aquafaba

Absinthe Spritz

Instructions:

Dry shake the aquafaba.  Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.  Strain into a coupe and garnish.

Fancy Cherry Limeade

Glass: High Ball

Garnish: Brandied Charry, Mint Sprig, Lime Wheel

Ingredients:

1.5oz Brinton’s Brandy

.75 oz Lime Juice

.75 oz Red Currant Syrup

3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to a high-ball glass add ice and stir.  Garnish.

Sour Cherry Negroni

1 oz Gin

1 oz Brinton’s Brandy

1 oz Amaro

.5 oz Sour Cherry Juice

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a rocks glass and garnish.

1 oz Brinton’s Brandy

.5 oz Maryland Rye 

.25 oz Dry Vermouth

Black Walnut

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.  Strain into a coupe, and garnish.
